Overview
We want you to love your book. If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order and return it within 14 days of receiving it. This policy explains how that works. It does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Changing your mind
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days, starting the day after your book is delivered. To cancel, email us at suavesy@outlook.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You can use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page, but you don’t have to.
Once you have told us you are cancelling, please send the book back to us within 14 days.
Condition of returned books
Please take reasonable care of the book while it is in your possession. You may open and look at it to decide whether you want to keep it, but it should be returned in the same condition you received it, ideally in its original packaging.
If the book is returned with obvious signs of use or damage (for example marks, creases, torn pages or a damaged cover), we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect the reduction in the book’s value. We will always tell you the amount and the reason.
Return postage
If you are returning a book because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. Please send it to:
13 Tudor Vale, Dudley, West Midlands, DY3 1TZ, United Kingdom
We recommend using a tracked or insured service, as you are responsible for the book until it reaches us. Please keep your proof of postage.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned book, we will inspect it and email you to confirm whether your refund is approved and the amount. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the book (or of you providing proof that you have sent it back, if sooner), to your original method of payment.
Your refund will include the price of the book and the standard delivery cost you paid, less any deduction for damage or signs of use as described above. It will not include the cost of return postage.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account, as it can take a few working days to appear. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at suavesy@outlook.com.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your book arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, or we send you the wrong item, please email us at suavesy@outlook.com with your order number and a photo if possible. We will cover the cost of return postage in these cases.
If you tell us within 30 days of delivery, you can choose either a full refund or a replacement. After 30 days, you are still entitled to a replacement or, where that isn’t possible, an appropriate refund, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Exchanges
We only replace books that are faulty or damaged. To arrange a replacement, email us at suavesy@outlook.com and we will let you know what to do next.
Gifts
If your book was a gift sent directly to you, please contact us at suavesy@outlook.com and we will do our best to help. Refunds are made to the person who paid for the order.
